Cancellation Policy

8.1 Cancellation by Customer You may cancel or reschedule your appointment at no charge with at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service price. No-shows (customer not present at the scheduled time and location) may be subject to the full service price plus any applicable travel fees. 8.2 Cancellation by Saint Services We may cancel or reschedule your appointment due to weather, equipment failure, illness, emergency, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will notify you as soon as possible and reschedule at no additional cost. If we cancel and you have already paid, you will receive a full refund. 8.3 Refunds If you are unsatisfied with the service, contact us within 48 hours of service completion. We will assess the concern and, at our discretion, offer to re-do the affected portion of the service or provide a partial refund. Refunds are not available for services that have been fully rendered, except where we determine that the service was not performed as described or was performed negligently. Deposits are refundable or transferable with at least 24 hours' notice, and non-refundable for late cancellations or no-shows, except for weather-related rescheduling or cancellations initiated by us.
