Terms of Service & Booking Agreement

Last Updated: August 18, 2026

These  Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website at saintservices.co and the booking and performance of mobile auto detailing services provided by Saint Services LLC ("we," "us," "our," or "Saint Services"). By visiting our website, booking a service, or allowing us to perform detailing services on your vehicle, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our website or booking any service, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old

  • You are the owner of the vehicle or have written authorization from the owner to have the vehicle detailed

  • You have read and agree to these Terms

2. Our Services

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our website or book our services.

Saint Services LLC provides mobile auto detailing services, including but not limited to:

  • Interior and exterior vehicle detailing

  • Paint correction

  • Ceramic coating application

  • Fleet and multi-vehicle detailing

  • Additional services as listed on our website

We travel to your specified location to perform these services. Service availability and pricing are subject to change without notice, except for services already booked and confirmed.

3. Booking and Scheduling

3.1 Booking a Service

You may book a service through our website, by phone, by text message, or by email. A booking is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation from us.

3.2 Service Location Requirements

You agree to provide:

  • A safe, legal, and accessible parking space for your vehicle

  • Permission for our team to access the service location

Water and power: We bring our own water supply and power source to every mobile appointment at no additional cost. You are not required to provide water or electricity. If you prefer to travel to our location instead, we have a garage at 192 Belmont Drive, Toano, Virginia 23168 where we can complete services indoors by appointment only.

If the service location is unsuitable (unsafe, inaccessible, no parking, restricted access), we may reschedule and a travel fee may apply.

Mobile detailing services depend on weather conditions. We reserve the right to reschedule your appointment due to rain, extreme heat, freezing temperatures, or other conditions that may affect service quality or safety. Weather-related rescheduling will not incur any fee.

3.3 Weather and Rescheduling

4. Customer Responsibilities

4.1 Vehicle Preparation

Before service begins, you agree to:

  • Remove all valuables, personal items, electronics, firearms, documents, and sensitive materials from the vehicle

  • Remove any items from the seats, dashboard, floor, and trunk that could interfere with detailing

  • Inform us of any alarm systems or special instructions for accessing or starting the vehicle

  • Provide keys or access to the vehicle as needed

We are not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen personal items left in the vehicle.

4.2 Vehicle Condition Disclosure

You agree to disclose to us before service begins:

  • Any repainted panels or body work

  • Paint protection film (PPF), vinyl wraps, or aftermarket coatings

  • Matte or satin finishes that require special handling

  • Prior ceramic coating applications

  • Known defects, damage, or problem areas

  • Any modifications or aftermarket parts

Failure to disclose these may result in damage that we are not responsible for.

4.3 Permission to Work On and Move Vehicle

By booking a service, you grant us permission to:

  • Enter, start, and reposition your vehicle within the service location as needed

  • Apply cleaning products, polishes, compounds, coatings, and other detailing chemicals to your vehicle

  • Use equipment including but not limited to polishers, steam cleaners, vacuums, extractors, and pressure washers on your vehicle

5. Pre-Service Inspection

Before beginning any service, we will conduct a visual inspection of your vehicle and may take photographs documenting its condition. This inspection helps identify:

  • Pre-existing damage, scratches, swirl marks, stains, oxidation, clear coat failure, rock chips, dents, or other imperfections

  • Areas that may require special attention or may not be fully correctable

You are welcome to be present during this inspection. If you are not present, the inspection will proceed and the results will be documented in our records.

6. Service Limitations and Disclaimers

  • Stain removal is not guaranteed. Some stains, particularly those that have set over time or penetrated deep into fabric or carpet, may not be fully removable.

  • Odor removal depends on the source and severity. We cannot guarantee complete elimination of all odors.

  • Results vary depending on the age, condition, material, and maintenance history of your vehicle.

6.1 General Detailing

  • Paint correction improves the appearance of your vehicle's paint by reducing or removing swirl marks, light scratches, and oxidation. It is not a repair for:

    • Deep scratches that have penetrated the clear coat

    • Rock chips

    • Severe oxidation or clear coat failure

    • Repaint defects or mismatched panels

    • Damage below the clear coat surface

  • The extent of improvement depends on paint thickness, condition, and depth of imperfections. We will not remove more clear coat than is safe for your vehicle.

6.2 Paint Correction

  • Ceramic coating provides a protective layer that enhances gloss, hydrophobic properties, and ease of cleaning. It is not:

    • Permanent or irreversible

    • Scratch-proof, chip-proof, or swirl-proof

    • A substitute for regular vehicle maintenance and proper washing

    • Immune to water spots, chemical etching, or contamination

  • Coating durability depends on many factors including vehicle condition, preparation quality, environment, storage conditions, washing methods, mileage, and ongoing maintenance.

  • Any warranty for ceramic coating services will be provided separately in writing at the time of service. If no written warranty is provided, the coating is sold as-is without warranty beyond the service itself.

  • Proper aftercare is required to maintain coating performance. We will provide aftercare instructions, and failure to follow them may void any warranty.

6.3 Ceramic Coating

6.4 No Guarantee of "Like New" Condition

While we strive to deliver excellent results, we do not guarantee that your vehicle will look brand new or that all imperfections will be eliminated. The condition of your vehicle at the time of service, including prior damage and wear, limits the achievable results.

7. Payment Terms

7.1 Payment Due and Collection

Payment is due immediately upon completion of the service, before our team leaves the service location, unless otherwise agreed in writing in advance.

  • You will have a valid payment method available at the time of service completion

  • Payment must be made in full before our team departs the location

  • If you cannot be present at the time of service completion, you must provide a payment method on file before service begins

  • Service completion constitutes your obligation to pay the full agreed-upon price

By booking a service, you agree that:

7.2 New Customer Payment Requirements

For first-time customers who are not on a recurring service plan:

  • We may require a credit card or debit card to be placed on file before service begins

  • By booking a service, you authorize Saint Services to keep your payment method on file and charge it upon service completion for the agreed-upon service price, any additional services you approve during the appointment, deposits, cancellation fees, no-show fees, late fees, and any unpaid balances owed under these Terms

  • If a card is placed on file, it will be charged automatically upon service completion unless you pay by another method before our team departs

  • Alternatively, payment must be made in person (cash, credit card, debit card, or Apple Pay) immediately upon completion before our team departs

  • We reserve the right to require prepayment or a deposit for any new customer before beginning service

Recurring customers on established service plans may pay after service completion according to their agreed billing schedule.

7.3 Accepted Payment Methods

We accept cash, credit card, debit card, and Apple Pay.

7.4 Pricing

Pricing is as quoted at the time of booking. Prices listed on our website are subject to change. The price confirmed at booking is the price you will be charged, subject to any additional services you request during the appointment. Any additional services requested during the appointment must be approved by you before we proceed, and the additional cost will be added to your final total.

For certain premium services (such as ceramic coating or paint correction), we may require a deposit at the time of booking. The deposit amount will be communicated to you before booking. Deposits are refundable or transferable with at least 24 hours' notice. Deposits are non-refundable for late cancellations (less than 24 hours' notice) or no-shows, except for weather-related rescheduling or cancellations initiated by us.

7.5 Deposits

7.6 Late and Non-Payment

If payment is not received at the time of service completion:

  • A late fee of up to $25 or up to 5% of the unpaid balance (whichever is greater) may be applied if payment is not received within 24 hours of service completion

  • Unpaid balances may accrue interest at a rate of up to 1.5% per month (18% annually) starting 48 hours after service completion, or the maximum rate permitted by Virginia law, whichever is lower

  • You will be responsible for reasonable collection costs, including collection agency fees, court costs, and reasonable attorney fees incurred in collecting any unpaid balance

  • We may refer unpaid balances to a collection agency or pursue other legal remedies available under Virginia law

  • We reserve the right to refuse future services to any customer with an unpaid or overdue balance

7.7 Garage and Drop-Off Service Payment

For services performed at our garage location (192 Belmont Drive, Toano, Virginia 23168):

  • Payment is due in full before the vehicle or keys will be released to the customer

  • Vehicles must be picked up within 24 hours of completion unless other arrangements are made in advance

  • Storage fees of up to $25 per day may apply for vehicles not picked up within 24 hours of completion

  • To the extent permitted by Virginia law, if payment is not made for services rendered at our garage location, Saint Services may exercise any lien, retention, or collection rights available under applicable Virginia law, including but not limited to the mechanic's lien provided under Virginia Code § 46.2-644.02, which allows a mechanic who alters or repairs a vehicle to retain possession of the vehicle until charges are paid

  • The lien rights described in this section apply only when Saint Services has lawful possession of the vehicle at our garage location. For mobile services performed at the customer's location, payment must be made before our team departs, and the card-on-file authorization in Section 7.2 serves as the primary payment protection

7.8 Chargebacks

If you have a dispute regarding a charge, you agree to contact us first at iamsaintservices@gmail.com or 757-897-1905 and allow us 7 business days to resolve the issue before initiating a chargeback with your credit card company or bank. Initiating a chargeback for services that were legitimately rendered and received without first contacting us to resolve the dispute may result in additional collection action. We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and promptly.

8. Cancellation and Refund Policy

8.1 Cancellation by Customer

  • You may cancel or reschedule your appointment at no charge with at least 24 hours' notice.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service price.

  • No-shows (customer not present at the scheduled time and location) may be subject to the full service price plus any applicable travel fees.

8.2 Cancellation by Saint Services

We may cancel or reschedule your appointment due to weather, equipment failure, illness, emergency, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will notify you as soon as possible and reschedule at no additional cost. If we cancel and you have already paid, you will receive a full refund.

8.3 Refunds

  • If you are unsatisfied with the service, contact us within 48 hours of service completion.

  • We will assess the concern and, at our discretion, offer to re-do the affected portion of the service or provide a partial refund.

  • Refunds are not available for services that have been fully rendered, except where we determine that the service was not performed as described or was performed negligently.

  • Deposits are refundable or transferable with at least 24 hours' notice, and non-refundable for late cancellations or no-shows, except for weather-related rescheduling or cancellations initiated by us.

9. Liability

9.1 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Saint Services LLC's liability for any claim arising from or related to our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service that gave rise to the claim.

9.2 Pre-Existing Damage

We are not responsible for pre-existing damage to your vehicle, including but not limited to scratches, dents, stains, paint imperfections, clear coat failure, mechanical issues, or electrical problems that existed before we began service. Our pre-service inspection is intended to document such conditions.

9.3 Damage Reporting

You must report any damage allegedly caused by our service within 48 hours of service completion. Failure to report within this timeframe may affect our ability to investigate and resolve the claim.

9.4 Items Left in Vehicle

We are not responsible for personal items left in your vehicle. We recommend removing all belongings before service begins.

9.5 Exclusions

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for willful misconduct, gross negligence, or damages required to be paid under applicable law.

10. Photography, Video Recording, and Marketing

10.1 Photographs, Video Recordings, and Smart Glasses

We may take photographs and record video footage of ourselves, our process, and your vehicle before, during, and after service. These recordings serve two purposes:

Inspection and documentation: Pre-service and post-service photos and videos are used to document the vehicle's condition, record pre-existing damage, and maintain service records. These recordings are required for our protection and yours.

Marketing and content creation: We may also use photographs and video footage on our website, social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok), and other marketing materials. This includes content where our team members appear on camera working on or discussing your vehicle.

Wearable recording devices (smart glasses): Our team members may wear smart glasses (such as Meta Ray-Ban smart glasses or similar wearable camera devices) during service appointments. These devices record first-person point-of-view video and audio from the perspective of the person wearing them. This means the glasses may be recording continuously while our team is at your service location, including while working on your vehicle and interacting with you.

Notification at arrival: Our team will notify you upon arrival if smart glasses or other wearable recording devices are being used during your appointment.

Two types of consent:

  • Documentation footage (required): Video and photo footage taken for inspection, pre-existing damage documentation, and service records is required for the protection of both parties and cannot be opted out of.

  • Marketing footage (optional): Video and photo footage used for marketing, social media content, or promotional purposes requires your separate consent. You may opt out of marketing use by notifying us at the time of booking or before service begins. If you opt out, we will still record documentation footage but will not use it for marketing.

Privacy protections for smart glasses footage:

  • We will make reasonable efforts to avoid recording children, customers' faces, private home interiors, addresses, bystanders, or neighbors in marketing content

  • License plates will be covered or blurred as described in Section 10.2 below

  • If you prefer that audio not be recorded during marketing content creation, please notify us before service begins

10.2 License Plate and Privacy Protections

When using photographs or video footage of your vehicle for marketing or content purposes, we will make reasonable efforts to:

  • Cover or blur your license plate in all marketing videos and photos so it is not visible or readable

  • Avoid capturing personal items, documents, or identifying information inside or around the vehicle

  • Avoid capturing bystanders, neighbors, or other people without their consent

  • Avoid showing your home address, house number, or other identifying location details in marketing footage

We cannot guarantee that no identifying information will ever be visible in video content. If you notice your license plate, address, or personal information in any of our published content, contact us and we will promptly remove or edit the content.

10.3 Video Content at the Service Location

When recording video at your home, workplace, or other service location, you agree that:

  • We may set up cameras, tripods, and recording equipment at the service location

  • Our team members may wear smart glasses or other wearable recording devices that capture first-person video and audio during the appointment

  • Our team members may be filmed while performing detailing work on your vehicle

  • We may record voiceover or spoken commentary about the detailing process and your vehicle's condition

  • Video footage may include the exterior and interior of your vehicle

  • Video and audio may capture interactions between our team and you or others present at the service location

  • You are responsible for informing us before service begins if there are any areas of your property or vehicle that should not be recorded

  • You are responsible for ensuring that recording at the service location does not violate any property rules, HOA rules, or lease agreements. If recording is not permitted at your location, notify us before booking so we can discuss alternatives.

  • If other people (family members, neighbors, employees, bystanders) are present at the service location, you are responsible for informing them that recording may be in progress. We recommend limiting the presence of others during the appointment if they do not wish to be recorded.

10.4 Use of Photos and Videos for Marketing

By allowing us to perform service on your vehicle, you represent that you have the authority to grant permission for photographs and video recordings of the vehicle. Documentation footage (Section 10.1) is required and cannot be opted out of. Marketing use of photos, videos, and smart glasses footage requires your consent — you may opt out by notifying us at the time of booking or before service begins. If you opt out of marketing use, documentation footage will still be recorded but will not be published or used for marketing purposes.

When you consent to marketing use, you grant us permission to use photographs and video footage of your vehicle on our website, social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok), and other marketing materials.

10.5 Opt-Out and Removal

If you have already had marketing photos or videos taken and wish to have them removed, contact us and we will make reasonable efforts to remove them from our website and active social media accounts. Note that once content is published on social media, it may have been shared, downloaded, or reposted by others, and we cannot control or remove copies that exist outside our own accounts.

10.6 Reviews and Testimonials

If you provide a review or testimonial, you grant us permission to use it in our marketing. You confirm that your review is accurate, truthful, and based on your genuine experience. Any incentivized review will be disclosed as such. We will not edit or alter reviews in a misleading way.

11. SMS and Email Communications

By providing your phone number and email address, you consent to receive:

  • Booking confirmations, reminders, and service-related communications via text message and email

  • Follow-up communications regarding your service

If you would like to receive promotional offers and updates, you must opt in separately. Consent to promotional messages is not required to purchase any service. Message frequency varies.

You can opt out of marketing communications at any time by:

  • Replying STOP to any promotional text message

  • Replying HELP for help or assistance

  • Clicking the unsubscribe link in any marketing email

  • Contacting us directly

Standard message and data rates may apply to text messages.

12. Right to Refuse or Modify Service

We reserve the right to refuse or stop service, or to modify pricing, if:

  • The vehicle or service location presents unsafe or unsanitary conditions, including but not limited to weapons, needles, biohazards, bodily fluids, mold, pest infestations, or excessive trash

  • The service location is unsafe, inaccessible, or restricted

  • Aggressive animals are present and not secured

  • The vehicle's condition is significantly worse than disclosed at booking, including heavy contamination, extreme pet hair, biohazards, or extensive damage that requires additional time or materials

  • Local environmental rules or stormwater regulations prohibit service at the location

If we must stop or modify service due to any of these conditions, we will inform you before continuing. Additional services or time required due to undisclosed conditions may result in adjusted pricing, which we will communicate before proceeding. You will only be charged for work that has been completed up to the point of stopping, plus any applicable travel fees.

13. Fleet and Business Clients

For fleet, dealership, or business clients, a separate written agreement may govern the services. If a written fleet or business service agreement exists between you and Saint Services LLC, that agreement controls in the event of any conflict with these Terms.

14. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and service descriptions, is the property of Saint Services LLC or used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without our written permission.

15. Third-Party Links

Our website may contain links to third-party websites, including social media platforms. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party website.

16. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These  Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia.

If a dispute arises, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve it informally by contacting each other and making a good-faith effort to reach a resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, either party may pursue resolution through the courts of the Commonwealth of Virginia or through small claims court where the amount in dispute is within the small claims limit.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these  Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on our website with a new "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our website or services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

18. Severability

If any provision of these  Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

Nothing in these  Terms limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws or other laws that cannot be waived by contract.
